All Products supplied by “theV” program will be included in the Map Marketing discount program.
All Products supplied through the our National Distributor network, i.e. “Altronics, Inc” are all included in the program.
* MAP: Advertised price should NOT be confused with selling price.
*MAP Actual Selling price SELLERS discretion and seller has right to sell at the price deemed necessary.
“TheV” products CANNOT be advertised on line, retail, mail order level BELOW Manufacture Suggested RETAIL pricing (MSRP). The Manufacturer DOES encourage promotion of the Manufacture sponsored discounts: rebates, contingency, others, as they become available. This policy applies to ALL types of consumer advertising.
“TheV” products CANNOT be advertised at the wholesale / trade / shop / dealer level BELOW Manufacturer Jobber pricing. The Manufacturer DOES encourage promotion of the “TheV” Manufacturer and ND sponsored discounts: i.e.: rebates, contingency, others, as they become available.
Special promotions can and will be only be allowed from time to time, only with prior “theV” approval.

Pricing WILL be monitored by the Manufacturer, National Distributors and Wd’s.
The manufacturer encourages compliance, and suggests that non-compliance be reported to “theV” company directly, in writing.
“TheV” Company & National Distributor will determine and maintain purchase requirements, as required, for the Price schedules.
“TheV”, the ND, wants all customer and futures customers to know that we are not interested in conducting business with non-compliant businesses.
Typical CASH discounts and incentives (Less than 5%) do not apply to this policy. Special finance terms, and payment arrangements and incentives do not apply. Cash back offers with an amount DO violate the agreement. The statement “cash back” with no indication of what the amount saved is, will be allowed. Ad MUST require the customer to make contact with seller to get details. Providing additional “free product offers” is acceptable, if it does not show a price or part number and the customer must be required to contact seller to complete the offer / sale.
Failure to comply with manufactures program (MAP) can and will exclude any customer from the manufacturers program and discounts.
If non-compliance occurs, and is documented in writing / print, a written notification and guidelines will be sent to the offending business; either via email return receipt or registered letter. A phone call will also be made to the offending business, encouraging them to comply. IF the offender chooses to not comply, “theV” will be forced to eliminate the offenders purchase discounts and any co-op advertising.
“theV” and ND, along with the WD’s, encourage and suggest that sellers communicate and work closely with them on advertising, promotions, and marketing to encourage co-operation with this policy. “theV” does NOT encourage marketing via eBay, Yahoo or any other auction style sites, without prior approval of ads and pricing. “TheV” is a trademarked name and logo, and can not be used without permission.
