Returns - New and Warranty
- No returns on damaged or abused, or installed product.
- Must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to return.
- Items showing up without a RGA will be refused.
- Customer is responsible for retaining proof of purchase / invoice.
- No returns after 30 days.
- Shipping/handling charges are not refunded.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on new product.
- Product warranty service is available at our distributor.
- Email us with your details and we'll locate the nearest distributor..
- Other than manufacturer's warranty, there are no other warranties implied or expressed.
